This list identifies issues; the appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME); applicable laws, regulations, DOE Orders, Directives, Contract Clauses, and other references; and denotes the documents used to communicate procedure(s) for implementation.
- The tables in this appendix identify the current hazard issues; subject matter experts (SMEs); documents used to communicate compliance; applicable laws and regulations; DOE orders, directives, and contract clauses; and, other applicable references. Hazards that are not listed but pose an unmitigated risk code greater than (>) 2 are brought to the attention of the appropriate division safety officer and reviewed in accordance with Chapter 2410, Appendix T2: Hazard Issues Update Procedure.
